Overview of the booster pump system
  This system supplies water at a constant pressure to meet the required quality of water and the pump speed is controlled by an inverter for appropriate adjustment of the flow rate of supplied water. The power, construction cost, sanitary management cost, and installation space may be reduced compared with existing overhead water tank method and, as the load of the building may be reduced, the building may be maintained safe. This system uses ˇ°vertical multi-stage pump with application of a whirlpool preventive guide to the impeller to which 3D vane is attachedˇ± and LG-Otis or Siemens motor is used.

Application Area
 

This system is suitable to the site, such as houses, offices, public buildings, hospitals, hotels, department stores, and industrial pressured water-supply facilities, where the flow rate is irregularly changed and constant and accurate pressure is required.

   
Specific Features in Brief
 

The assembled goods imported from China or India etc are not used (they are self-manufactured).
The quality of the system is improved with use of the best LS inverters.
Corrosion is prevented and clear water is supplied because high-grade materials (domestic pars) are used.
Self-developed ˇ°vertical multi-stage pump with application of a whirlpool preventive guide to the impeller to which 3D vane is attachedˇ± is used and Otis motor is installed to improve the performance.
As the inerter is built-out type, it is safely protected from vibration or external impact.
As the pump is softly and smoothly operated when changing the shift, the system stability is improved and water hammering is minimized.
As the operation is accelerated or shifted by individual pump control by the inverter, the power is saved by at least 30% compared with constant-speed operation.
The credibility of water supply is improved with maintenance of accurate constant-pressure.
Large pressure tank is not required.
Both-direction communication is made among individual inverters (CAN).
